The knives are manufactured by an European cutler renown for over 50 years for producing the finest steel blades available anywhere.
The small factory has always produced cheese knives using traditional methods, but at the same time it has remained at the forefront of technological evolution in steel-making: this has enabled it to recently move into a larger and more modern buildings inside the same town.
Each knife has a stainless steel cutting blade measuring approx. 215mm (8½") long, with 3 unique cut-outs, designed to prevent sticky or moist cheeses sticking to the blade. Each slice of cut cheese can then be presented perfectly!
The handle is manufactured from non-slip polypropylene: these knives are expected to last a lifetime!
