A beautifully manufactured double-handled stainless steel cheese knife - for the serious cheese maker.
The knives are manufactured by a European cutler renown for over 50 years for producing the finest steel blades available anywhere.
The small factory has always produced cheese knives using traditional methods, but at the same time it has remained at the forefront of technological evolution in steel-making: this has enabled it to recently move into a larger and more modern buildings inside the same town.
Each knife has a cutting blade measuring approx. 550mm (22") long with a blade width of approx. 55mm (2.25"), and a top thickness of 3mm, perfect for professionally dicing both hard and soft cheeses.
The handles are manufactured from non-slip polypropylene and the knives are expected to last a lifetime!
