Our simple, easy-to-use mozzarella kit is uniquely packaged in color coordinated sachets that require no measuring - just add milk! For best results, use un-homogenized milk. Suitable for vegetarians. The kit makes 5 batches of cheese and comes complete with a recipe and instruction card.
