1oz Liquid Vegetable Rennet, 3oz Citric Acid, 4oz Cheese Salt, 4oz Calcium Chloride, 1 Cheese Cloth, 1 Ricotta Mold, 1 Economy Dairy Thermometer, Recipes for mozzarella and ricottaJust your own milk needed, producing around 1lb of mozzarella per gallon of milk. Ricotta recipe and mold included- just add lemon juice to acidify whole milk, drain and enjoy!

- I love this kit so much. When I have looked around trying to figure out how to start making some of my own cheeses, this kit seemed to have everything I needed in one. And with the option for vegetable rennet, I am able to share my cheese with a housemate who is a vegetarian. I love the liquid drops, rather than cutting a tablet. So far I have not made the ricotta yet, but the mozzarella is amazing and easy. I will be looking at more cheeses to make soon. Having so much fun. (Posted on 1/18/2013)
