LIPASE- CALF: MILD
Lipase Enzyme- Mild for adding the 'picante' flavor to specialty cheeses (especially Italian cheeses including Provolone, Mozzarella and Parmesan). Also used to flavor Feta.
Adding lipase helps rebuild protein strength.
This product is calf lipase powder.
Dosage: Dependent on taste, do not exceed 1/4 teaspoon per two gallons.
