Cheesemaking Mold No.42 - Very Large Gouda

We supply a range of cheese molds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilization.

This mold is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape and comes complete with a dished follower, curved, to make Gouda and other ball type cheeses.

The mold is 10" diameter with a height of nearly 6" and can make 8.8lbs to 9.9lbs of cheese.
